If you follow a CCHLive health plan, we may contact you at various points once your programme is completed for data collection purposes relating to internal research projects including but not limited to the monitoring of long-term programme outcomes.

We use website analytics to evaluate and improve our website and to offer the best, most accessible service possible to clients. These third party data analytics service providers collect this information on our behalf in accordance with our instructions, our privacy policy and in line with their own privacy policies. Retaining personal information

Where you have undertaken a CCH Live consultation or plan, we will retain information (including electronic documents) containing personal data for a period of 5 (five) years. We may amend the time limit (either increasing or decreasing the time) for storing your information: (a) to the extent that we are required to do so by law; (b) if we believe that the documents may be relevant to any ongoing or prospective legal proceedings; and (c) in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk). (d) to the extent required to comply with the policies of any professional bodies to whom we are affiliated to or that cover our services, for example the Healthcare Professionals Council.

Once the purpose for which information has been collected has been fulfilled, we will either permanently delete your personal information or remove all identifiers within it so that it is no longer personal data. We may use such anonymised data for research and/or business analysis purposes.
