Panel Sessions

Art & Wellness

10:30 AM

This inspiring panel explores the courageous journeys of individuals who left conventional careers to follow a deeper calling in art and healing. Our speakers share how they transitioned into full-time creative practice, or combined their artistry with holistic therapies, blending personal expression with community healing. Through their stories, we’ll hear how creativity and wellness intersect, offering both personal transformation and new ways of supporting others. Whether you’re an artist starting out, someone seeking change, or simply curious about the role of art in wellbeing, this discussion offers encouragement, practical wisdom, and the reminder that it is never too late to live a life of passion and purpose.

Fitness & Health

12:00 PM

Over the last three decades, the world of health and wellness has shifted dramatically—from aerobics and gym culture in the 1990s, to yoga, holistic therapies, and the rise of mindfulness. This expert panel reflects on what we’ve gained, what we’ve lost, and what still matters most for wellbeing today. At the centre of the discussion is the surge in GLP-1 weight-loss injections such as Ozempic and Wegovy. Are they a medical breakthrough, or do they undermine the long-term foundations of health? By contrasting past fitness movements with today’s pharmaceutical solutions, our panel will ask what the next 30 years of wellness should look like—and how we can build a future rooted in balance, resilience, and sustainable self-care.

Spiritual Development

2:00 PM

Over the last 30 years, spiritual practice has shifted from niche traditions into mainstream culture. Yoga, meditation, crystals, and sound therapy are now widely recognised, while newer practices such as breathwork, shamanic healing, and plant medicine continue to rise. This panel explores these changing spiritual trends, with a special focus on the future of energy medicine. As science begins to investigate frequency and resonance, we ask: could vibrational healing one day sit alongside conventional healthcare? Our discussion will also highlight the importance of reconnecting with the Earth. From indigenous wisdom to ecological spirituality, the next chapter of wellness invites us to heal ourselves while also preserving the planet.

Emma Tweedie

Emma Tweedie

An established artist, Emma Tweedie’s artistic journey has gained recognition in the international art world, with her work shortlisted for a number of prestigious awards, and held in a number of private collections internationally. Emma’s semi-impressionistic landscapes offer a sensory dialogue on the elemental forces of land, sea, and sky. Rooted in spiritual sensibility, her work explores the subtle dialogue between nature and human consciousness—gently unearthing echoes of ancient wisdom, memory, and metaphysical energy embedded in the landscape. Positioned gracefully between soft abstraction and impressionism, her canvases invite quiet contemplation. At first glance, they whisper; on closer inspection, they reveal layered contradictions—technical precision softened by the application of fluid pigment, colour is added to, and subtracted from, structure dissolving into atmosphere.
