We are delighted to invite you to a FREE Breathing Exercises Session hosted by Jacqueline Harvey via Zoom.

Join Jacqueline for an hour’s session of breathing exercises, tools and techniques to help relieve stress and anxiety, and help with insomnia. The session will also include an open forum to allow for a discussion about these stress management tools.
